We do not issue refunds.
Sale items are final sales and this is posted on store signage.
All new merchandise must be exchanged within 7 days with all original tags adhered and accompanied by store receipt. No tags attached, no return. This is to help prevent those who wear garments or jewelry to events, parties and galas and then decide to return them to get money back. This 7 day policy applies to website orders also.
If you have worn the item or keep it in your possession for longer than a month, absolutely no returns, or exchanges, or credits, even if the item is considered defective. I stand by the garments and items in the store but we are not a charity.
Also, in order to keep merchandise fresh in the store, we do not accept returns that are months old.

All SALE items are final and not subject to our exchange policy. Do not send sale items back to the boutique as no action will be taken. They will be considered abandoned.
We will not refund any shipping or handling charges on returned
merchandise. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost as
well as products lost or damaged in transit.
In gift situations, are happy to allow customers an exchange or store credit or gift certificate for merchandise within 7 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by receipt. Customer will incur any shipping costs associated with returns. All exchanged merchandise must be in perfect, unworn condition.
No refunds are issued.
We are not required to collect sales tax. This is based
on a 1992 Supreme Court decision which held that mail order merchants do
not need to collect sales tax for sales into states where they do not
have a physical presence.
